Caring transitions made an impossible situation, possible! Emptying out my parents house of 50 years was overwhelming. They had a very professional team that came in and got the job done in the timeline that I needed. I couldn't have done it without them. Very professional! We met as strangers, and left as friends! Sherry is Amazing! I'm very grateful for their expertise, contacts and organization skills!!!

We use their service recently to move my parents out of their house of over 40 years. I live out of town and don’t know what we would’ve done without caring transitions. For anyone moving elderly parents, this is an absolute no-brainer!

Shipping service is very disappointed. The box was a contaminated trash bag box(it has a big yellow dried stain) along with newspaper, but I was charged $6 for it.
Other than $10 handling fees, $21 went to shipping cost but I was told by the USPS employee that it won’t be this much.
Email was sent to the vendor on 7/7 but never heard back.

As others have stated, the pricing fluctuates based on what Asha decides. They have signs all over stating prices, then she changes it at register. She is incredibly rude as well, just rubbed me the wrong way. For her CT franchise, I suggest taking more time to price individually instead of creating blanket pricing that you change at time of purchase. This is a terrible business practice. The reason I gave two stars, instead of the one Asha personally deserves, is because her employers were very kind and helpful, I really liked them. I even commented to my husband afterwards, how I feel bad for them because she much be a terror to work for!

After trying to get resolution to issues and numerous attempts of contact basically they will not respond to you nor pay you the money nor provide documentation of anything highly do not recommend
